Chase Hudson aka Lil Huddy just came out with his new single “21st Century Vampire”. Days after “Downfalls High” a musical, that he starred in along with Machine Gun Kelly, the Tik Tok heartthrob dropped his new single. This is the first song he has released so far as he just signed to Interscope records.
“21st Century Vampire” is a rough upbeat song with the same underlining tone as Machine Gun Kelly. The alterative breakthrough single is about being a “vampire” in modern day society — meaning an outcast or not fitting in.
“I guess I’m just meant to be sleeping all day, I don’t got no fucking life.”
This dark catchy track is hopefully the first of many, and the beginning of his music career.
His words, filled with the aura of death, pull you in, making them feel true, giving the pain and loss in an indescribable way. “Can’t feel the pain,” he sings. “I’m immune.”
The song describes the feeling of having to let someone go because you don’t feel good enough for them.
“Save your heart for someone’s who’s got one,” Hudson advises.
